    How do I place an order for custom work?
    You can make an order request by phone, e-mail, fax or mail. You can either download the Get A Quote form from our site to send us or, if you need help deciding or recommendations on what would be the best for your situation, call us. We'll help you figure things out.

    Once we have received your request and a facsimile of your desired artwork, we will immediate price your project. Then we will fax you a completed order form for your authorization. As soon as we receive your written authorization to proceed, we will immediately start your job.

    How do I find what I am looking for?
    You can find products on our site by clicking on any of the navigation links.

    Ringtail USA offers a small selection of items in our web store for direct purchase. We like to give our first-time buyers the option of verifying the high quality of our work for themselves before placing a larger order.

    You will find myriad apparel options to choose from when you click on Apparel Choices, most without prices. Why? If we get a discount from our suppliers, we happily pass a discount on to you, our client. Volume buying allows us to quote you a better price on your project, both on your desired garment and on the custom work itself. Just pick out what you would like and we'll do the rest.

    Absolutely. Our experts have the experience to give you some great ideas. They know what works best for what purpose and can give you excellent options to consider.     How do I send you my custom logo art?
    If your design is unique to you, you can send it in various ways
    • as an e-mail attachment (not embedded) in one of the following file formats: .tif, .eps, .jpg, .gif or .bmp. (With this method, you should also fax a print out so we can check it against your electronic file.)
    • by fax, sending two copies - one being the design itself, the second with color breaks annotated
    • by surface mail
    If your custom logo or art work has already been digitized for embroidering, send us the computer "tape" or disk. (Digitized art files are read in a special embroidering program and are not readable in other programs.) We will return it to you as soon as your job is finished.

    What happens after I send you my design?
    Truly unique designs must be digitized so they can be embroidered. Digitizing unique designs is a special process unique to the embroidery industry. There is a one-time charge for digitizing as the design can then be used again and again, at the same size or different sizes for different projects.

    If what you want embroidered is names or a stock design, there is no digitizing charge or set up fee. As soon as you authorize a go-ahead, we will layout and begin your project.

    Can I use a copyrighted design? Yes, if the copyright belongs to you or your organization, or if it is one of the 15,000+ stock images we are licensed to use on your behalf. If not, to use a copyrighted design requires you to get the owner's written permission.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept most types of customer payments including Visa, MasterCard, checks, US money orders, authorized purchase orders and, for on-line web store items, we also allow payment through PayPal.

    Custom embroidery orders normally require at least a fifty percent downpayment. Sample custom orders and direct on-line orders require full payment when you order.

    How much does custom embroidery cost?
    The cost depends on the stitch count and the quantity of items to be embroidered with the same design. Designs under 10,000 stitches cost less than designs requiring more than 10,000 stitches. Unlike commercial printing, we don't charge extra for colors; the cost for a six-color design is the same as it would be for a one-color design.

    Let us give you a quote. You will be pleasantly surprised at how cost effective a high quality embroidery job can be.

    Can I specify which fonts to use for names and lettering?
    Ringtail USA has access to many font styles. When you send your design, we probably have the same or similar font. If not, you can send us the font file. Keep in mind that very thin or too detailed font styles may not reproduce well. For questions on fonts, just give a call at 580-439-6560.

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    Although each job is different in magnitude, most client jobs are ready to ship or deliver locally within 10-20 working days from project go-ahead. If you need your job sooner, rush services are available on many of our items. Get your artwork to us, pick up the phone and call us to get your order rushed through.

    How will I receive my order?
    If you are in our local area, you can pick it up your custom order or we can deliver it. We ship throughout the United States using either UPS or USPS. For custom orders, we may not know the shipping cost until your completed job is packed; if you would prefer to have the shipping charged to your UPS or FedEx account, please include your shipper account number on the order authorization form we send you.
