Get a Quote on Custom Embroidered ApparelHow do I get a quote for custom embroidered items?You can make an order request by phone, e-mail, fax or mail. You can either download the Get A Quote form from our site to send us or, if you need help deciding or recommendations on what would be the best for your situation, call us. We'll help you figure things out. Our Get a Quote Form is a PDF so you will need Acrobat Reader 5 or Preview (a Mac option) to print once you have downloaded the form. To download the Quote Form, click here. A new window will open and send the form to your computer. Then, close the window. To find a garment you would like to have embroidered, you can browse our Apparel Choices catalog, select something from our Web Store, or call us and describe what you have in mind. Write the item number(s) and name of the item(s) you would like to have embroidered with your company logo or other artwork on the quote request form. Then fill out the rest of the form. Send us your Quote Request Form and the design you want embroidered on the item(s). Once we have received your request and desired artwork, we will immediate price your project. Then we will fax you a completed order form for your authorization. As soon as we receive your written authorization to proceed, we will immediately start your job. Let us give you a quote.
