    Shipping Information

    Prior to shipping your purchases to you, each item is carefully packed so that it will arrive at your doorstep damage-free. Most purchases ship by ground delivery service, to arrive within five-seven business days of shipping. We use either UPS or USPS, depending on what is most efficient for you, our customer. Delivery services are available throughout the continental United States.

    If you are in our local area, we will be happy to notify you when your custom work has been completed. You can decide to pick it up from our Oklahoma location, if you prefer, or we will ship it to you.

    Shipping Rates for Custom Volume Orders

    Shipping and handling charges for company logo artwork projects are based on the total shipping weight of your order to be delivered to a single address. You may choose to have your order shipped to multiple locations if you have different corporate locations.

    For custom orders, we may not know the shipping cost until your completed job is packed; if you would prefer to have the shipping charged to your UPS or FedEx account, please include your shipper account number on the order authorization form we send you.

    Shipping Rates for Webstore and Gift Idea Orders

    Shipping and handling charges for website orders are based on the total amount purchased during your shopping visit with us, delivered to a single address:

    Up to $49.99=$9.95*
    $50.00 to $99.99 =$14.95*
    $100.00 to $149.99 =$19.95*
    $150.00 to $199.99=$24.95*
    $200.00 and up=$27.95*

    *Oversize, heavy and bulky items may be subject to additional delivery charges.
    In such cases, we will notify you upon receiving your order.


    Expedited shipping (i.e., 2-day, overnight) requests are handled similarly. Our current policy is to charge you actual cost plus $3.50 for special handling. Since the actual cost varies depending on item, destination and delivery method, expedited shipping costs are usually charged after your item has shipped as a separate entry.

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    Although each job is different in magnitude, most client jobs are ready to ship or deliver locally within 10-20 working days from project go-ahead. If you need your job sooner, rush services are available on many of our items. Get your artwork to us, pick up the phone and call us to get your order rushed through.
